    On April2,2023 Muskoka Knits was having a Birthday-month sale on-line where you saved $100.00 off, her products are expensive so I reached out. I went through her on line store to look for a sweater, I choose a **** sweater in the colour Salt & Pepper. She has a long waiting list 1 year for a knitted product. April 7th, 2023@3:43 pm an e-money transfer was sent ref#******** in the amount of $192.50 for a deposit that was non-refundable because the sweater is a custom order. The regular price is $450-100.00 off=350 plus 35.00 shipping the balance remaining is due on completion. On January 10th a list of discontinued colours appears on the Muskoka Knits page and my colour chosen was on that list so I reached out to *******, she told me that she didn’t get a heads up and for me to pick another colour and if not she would have to refund my deposit and thanked me. I went through the page but I couldn’t pick another colour, I thought it over and reached out the next day telling ******* that unfortunately there was no other colour and I gave her my e-mail address so the deposit could be returned and asked if the colour salt & pepper ever came back to let me know. She replied with the whole line of funfetti would never be made again & she would send when she got sales in the next couple months, I was shocked because she is so busy knitting these sweaters hence the long wait, that I replied with excuse me but your going to send my money back in a couple months, and I never got a reply. So I waited 2 months gave a little heads upon the 10th of March through messenger stating that the 2 months that she needed to make sales was up and that I wanted my money back, with no response, she read it but I heard nothing. I sent another message on March 11th stating that it was improper to treat her customers that way and I wanted my money, again with no response. I had all day to think of this and got upset that she was ignoring me so I tried one more time to find out she blocked me.
