      We had an egress window installed in our new home this past summer. We hired Clera Windows. Original installer completely ******* up our install. After the first rainfall, we had a river flowing in our basement. Found out they did not install any drainage and when the cut the whole in foundation for the window there were two extra cuts made right through to the inside. They did not fill those nor did they tell us about the mistake. Took 3 weeks for the window/ drainage and cuts to be properly repaired. Horrible customer service from Sales guy right through to the president Vito. Who actually hung up on me and told me to stop ********** ***. Refused to pay for damages in basement. The original installer actually argued *** ****** at us and told us we wanted the window! Yes but we wanted it installed correctly! * **** ****** ** ******* ** **** the damage the poor workmanship. *** ********* ******* finally *** and were reimbursed for the damages. ***** ** ******* ** damages to flooring; walls and furniture. **** ***** **** ***** ********  Worst experience in dealing with a contracting company in my life! Never received an apology for the poor workmanship! ** * ***** ***** ******** ***** * *******
