    Hi, I purchased a ring from kelso auction online feb 7 2024, in discription picture, ring looked great! took it home to my wife and she mentioned to me the diamond was very cloudy... The ring came with an apprasal of 1600 dollars but when we took it to a jewelry store to get opinion on it was told its worth 58 dollars, took to a second jewelry store,was told it was worthless... *** **** * **** *** ** ** **** ****** ***** *** * ***** ******* how did they ever get it appraised for 1600 **** ******* *** ************* I tried contacting kelso twice with out any response by email...     I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at KelsoBid. Please note that we haven’t as of yet received any communications from you, and this is our first time hearing about this problem.

    At KelsoBid, we always strive to do what’s right for our clients to ensure that they are treated fairly and that they are satisfied with their purchases. Upon auction registration, under the terms of purchase, please be aware that the refund policy is no refunds, returns, or exchanges, and all items are sold “as is”. It is important for us to not only represent our buyers fairly in these purchases, but also to ensure that our sellers are treated fairly as well, hence the reason for the refund policy as such.

    All this being said, I can hear that you’re dissatisfied with your recent purchase, so as a one-time exception basis, we would like to offer you the option to return the item in its entirety in good condition for full refund. If you’d like to arrange to drop this off at our store location, please let us know and we can coordinate a time that works for both of us.
