    After spending Feb 9- 11 2024 in the Comfort Inn Hotel in Guelph Ontario. I checked out on the 11th only to find out today Monday Feb 12th have been charged $100 in damages by the Comfort Inn Guelph , Due to 2 face cloths and 1 hand towel . they are stating these items are dirty and cannot be cleaned and reused . I requested they send me photos of these items and they have. After reviewing them there is no way these are not washable and certainly not worth $100 . They are showing normal face washing dirt , mascara etc.. they did not even attempt to wash them first before declared damaged . I asked for pictures of the washed items to prove their charges. They are unable to do so .
    I have called and discussed this absolutely ridiculous situation but they refuse to refund my money . * *** **** ******* ****** ******* **** * ** *** *** **** ******** **** **** ****** **** ***** ***** **** ** * 
    The resolution they have is that I should feel lucky they were not charging me the full $200 damage deposit for soiling these items .
    I took pictures of my room and bathroom at the hotel when I checked out to show that we took care of our room and did not do any damage , As I was warned about other incidents with this Hotel on damage accusations. But never in a million years did I think we would be charged for washing our faces

    After paying with my Debit Card and taking a deposit when I checked out they decided to keep my deposit telling me I smoked in the room WHICH I DID NOT!!!
    I was not given a chance to speak to anyone except the desk clerk
    No opportunity to see the room with the clerk
    This was clearly a **** to get an addtional $250
