    TITAN MOVERS LTD.
    Guelph, Ontario.
    Too small of a truck. Well pre-packed boxes stacked like a wall or pyramid with heavy ones on top of the lightly packed ones. Furniture both bedroom and living room literally dragged, banged, scrapped, split the wood and gouged. They had plenty of moving blankets but I never witnessed any being used. The two man crew worked independently one inside the truck and one outside. Hence the damage while loading, travelling and unloading. Dragged into apartment building stripping off the stained wood finish! Furniture was well looked after and very carefully put into storage. Now damaged due to this move. Enough to make a grown man cry! So so disappointing! Now I am faced with three options: 1) Live with it. Uh uh! 2) Have it Pro repaired/re-finished. At what costs? 3) Submit a damage claim with Titan Movers! Making the decision, I have recently sent a claim by "registered mail" and they have signed/accepted it. No reply as yet!

    The move couldn't have been smoother, o loved the energy, Titan Movers made a stressful day into a fun cheerful day.

    I hired Titan Movers months before my move receiving a contract and then hearing no followup until a few days before my move I contacted them only to receive a second contract with a few things different from the first. So close to the move I was stuck. This was the first of many disappointing things to happen. Damage to a TV cabinet and book shelf. A huge storage bin was dropped right off the truck and 2 boxes missing. They nicked a couple of walls and did not place runners on my carpet and floors .I wrote a ****** review where the owner replied with a ***** contact me so I can make it right.HE DID NOT REPLY. I sent him pictures.The owner will not give me his full name and only replied to the review in this manner to make it seem that he felt bad about how this move was handled so poorly. ** *** **** **** ******** **** ******* **** *** *** **** *** ***** **** ** *** ** ** ******* *** *** **** ****** *** **** ** *** **** ***** I have to learn from this huge mistake that has cost me dearly and each time I open a box especially the ones marked fragile the broken items inside are disappointing. ***** **** *** **** ******* * ****

    ********* ***** ***** **** ***** They cost me a pretty penny for the move and to fix the damaged goods. Shaun does not respond and he admitted his movers did damage and just expected me to understand and move on. Sorry!!
