      I’ve lived in a Skyline building for over a year with my wife and now two children. We had our second child recently and put in a request to transfer for into a 3 bedroom unit in the same complex. Skyline requested more information from us then what we had to provided when originally moving into our current unit, as well another deposit on top of the last month deposit they already had in “good faith”. We have never missed a rent payment, or had any noise complaints or anything that would indicate we are not good tenants. At the time of our transfer request, there were no other applicants for the unit we were trying to move to. Another application for the unit came in over the weekend and once it was in, we were denied our transfer. Skyline provided no reason as to why, and Susan A. with Skyline was incredibly **** and hung up on me when I tried to get a reason as to why we were denied. It is obvious all they care about is having filled units, and didn’t want to create another open unit to fill one. I will never be renting with skyline again *** ******** ****** ***** ****** ** ***** ******

      I live in a skyline building and the intercom buzzer is down for the second time in 3 months. The first time it was down for a month and a half. I am suffering from failed deliveries around Xmas because the delivery companies can't buzz in. Also, there is nothing accessible about this building, but yes, we have brand new hook ups for electric cars.

      Skyline does not care about their disabled tenants. I have been asking for more disabled parking spots and they tell me what I want to hear, that they will do it yet nothing is being done. The signs they have up right now (only 3, other building has 6) are generic and people park there without proper permits and they cannot be enforced due to them not being proper signs for the province. They put in 2 parking spots for electric cars though, and told us if we park there we will be towed but do not enforce handicap parking. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the Human Rights tribunal as well, they care more about their tenants with electric cars than their disabled tenants. this is just not right. When I email them my emails get ignored, they don't even answer them.

      Management at *** ********* ******, Windsor, is a joke. The manager is almost never in her office; **** *** ** ** *** ******* *** ** **** *** *********** ******** ****** ******** ** ***** *** ** *****. This is totally unsatisfactory for a building which is 20 floors and which has several hundred tenants.       ********* **** ****** ******* They only care about money not the tenants. Lots of false advertising saying heats including but tenants pay for it. ****** ******** ********** ******* ***** ****** **** ******** ******** ****** ** **** *****

      Awful, Skyline does not keep to there our values. *** *** ********* ****! Skyline Living is not a place you should select for calling a place home. They do not care , they are too big to care. All issues are always at no concern to them, it is only BIT of a disturbance, especially when your kitchen falls apart , but no big deal these are the things a tenant has no choice to endure cause of a renovated building. No empathy. ****** ****** ******* ***** ******* **** ****** *** ****** ******* **** *** *****, it is rough economy for everyone right now, in my opinion by selecting Skyline will just cause more negative challenges.
