    On December 1st 2022, I hired CEO **** ***** of Hanna Snow Removal for a Seasonal Snow Removal at my home. With a signed contract, $850 was paid in full to clear my driveway for unlimited snow removal for the 2022/2023 Winter Season. I made it clear to him that I did NOT want to EVER use salt as I did not want to risk the damage of my /neighbours lawn, interlock or poured concrete - He agreed to hand shovel only. Each time it snowed for the first cleanings, I had to call him to come - It was like pulling teeth - There was constant complaining that if he'd used salt that he would not have to come back as frequently. I made it clear to him AGAIN that I paid for snow removal, not salting! I could salt myself! During phone conversations, he hung up on me three times. He subsequently called back & admitted all times that he had behaved unprofessionally. The next snow event (Feb 23rd & 24th) had a duration of 48 hours - he came and shovelled the first night AFTER I sent him a text. The next day there was an equal amount of snow with a thin layer of ice and he did not show. I called and asked if he was coming and he said that he doesn't clear "ice", only snow! I started shovelling the driveway myself & sent him a video of how easy it was - he showed up with an ice pick a few minutes later! I told him NOT to used that ice pick on my property. I Shovelled a section quickly showing him how easy it was & told him that if he was going to use the ice pick to leave my property! Finish the contract by hand as promised or leave! * **** *** **** * *** ***** ** ***** ******** ***** ** *** ** ***** ***** ** **** ********** ** ****** **** * ****** **** *** * *** ******** ***** * **** ***** *** ****** ** ***** ** ******** *** He promptly left without completing the job that day & I have seen him since. I have paid a young neighbour to shovel the last two events with one coming Friday as well. I would like money back as he did not complete his contract. ****** * ******** **********
