      Absolutely disappointed and upset. Better than 3 weeks ago, we had snow tires off as per instructions. The job was to put new rims and sensors on the tires to fit a brand new *****. After such a long period of time had past, we made contact on this past Friday for an update. **** **** ** ***** **** ** ***** *** *** *** ** *** ******* *** ** ********* **** ** ******** ** **** *** ** *** ************* ** *** told to come the following Monday first thing in the morning. He was there before 8 a.m. along with about 15 other people waiting for the door to unlock. Upon entering, he kind of butted up in the line and asked if his tires were ready. The response was "I don't know ". He told the person at the desk never mind and that he would have the tires picked up shortly.
      Our son arrived shortly afterwards to pick up the tires. They couldn't find them. Seems that they had been left outside for the 3 weeks. Being in an open area, they could have been ****** at any time. Other than a quote, there would have been no proof that they even had the tires. ** ******* that would have been a very expensive loss for us. Son heard the excuses of scheduling, other customers come first and that they are very busy. *** ******* ************. Our son refused to take the new rims because the deal was canceled due to their poor service and scheduling issues.

It's very disappointing for sure but the fact that the tires were left outside just waiting to be ****** was the worst part of all.
