  My job was a porch, 3 steps and a short sidewalk on *************************. I can truthfully say this about my decision to hire the Porch Doctor:******* is everything you want in a contractor: - prompt replies to all correspondence - shows up on the appointed days, on time - meticulous - requests to address minor details are no problem (I was not made to feel like I was asking for too much)- pleasant to talk to, and willing to share product and system information I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family.

  ******* did a GREAT job on our front porch and steps. He helped us pick out the right colour and it looks amazing! The clean up was great too - nothing else for us to do but enjoy them. We would definitely recommend The Porch Doctor for the Flexstone treatment.

  Shannon responded to our email promptly, which we very much appreciated. We had already researched the product so were somewhat familiar. He came, listened to what we wanted and made some very helpful suggestions. He also went above and beyond by showing what else we could do to make our back deck beautiful. We got the deck coating, railings, top rail, fascia and stairs. We are extremely happy and very satisfied. Shannon is a very conscientious worker and kept us informed at all times as to the progress.

  Unlike some of the competitors, I was quickly provided with four local addresses where I could view completed ********* projects from the street, without having to schedule a formal site visit with the homeowner. I could immediately tell the quality of the product was excellent, and I was especially impressed with a customer's driveway that had had ********* applied ten years earlier, but still looked in great shape. The older colour styles did not excite me for my front porch, but that all changed with seeing the new colour combinations on the Porch Doctor's web site. I chose the Gun Flint Trail covering, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
  Shannon made sure to grind down the surface to ensure good adherence of the *********, as I had applied a flexible stone covering from my local hardware store several years before. It looked okay, but the ********* certainly takes it up a level. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and Shannon took the utmost care in cleaning up the site afterwards. All in all, a most enjoyable experience, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the ********* product, and especially Shannon for his expert installation of it.

  Shannon did a great job sprucing up our porch. We had many cracks and leaks and he ground them all down and then the coating went on. The porch looks fabulous now. We were pleased that Shannon kept in touch with us through the waiting process. The weather kind of got in the way and he would update us periodically. He came when he said he would, and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. His attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He has a wonderful work ethic and really tries to please his customers. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

  We’re very please with the job that Shannon did on our concrete front porch. The porch is 30’ x 6’ and had old carpeting on it when we moved here 2 years ago. Shannon took away the old carpeting and ground off the glue prior to doing the flex stone.
  The porch looks great and Shannon was very pleasant and professional to deal with.

  We are thoroughly enjoying our flex stone front porch. ******* and his daughter did a great job and completed the job in 2 days.
  My most impressive trait is the fact that ******* is a man of his word. We had been communicating for 5 months . He was extremely busy doing a huge corporate job out of town.
  He continually updated me and promised it would get done as soon as his out of area job was complete.
  He honoured his promise and completely impressed me as a very hard working fellow, even during our latest heat wave.
