Aug 22nd, 2023: Purchased a phone plan which included a $360 down payment for an ****** ** *** *** (128 GB), several accessories and HST. The agent mentioned I would only be paying the tax for the items as there was a back-to-school promotion at the store with $150 in-store credit. Nov 20th, 2023: I called the store and spoke with the sales representative who sold the plan. Told him that I did not actually receive the $150 in-store credit for the accessories purchased. He told me to write the numbers down as he looked at the plan to prove it since I was "questioning his work ethic". He changed his mind and said that I wasn't supposed to get it and that I was to contact him for other plans. Nov 22nd, 2023: Contacted customer service and they contacted the store manager. Store manager contacted me to rectify. Nov 23rd, 2023: I went in to obtain the credit from the store manager. The sales representative was at the store and asked the manager what he was doing. The manager told him he was doing the credit and the representative said that I shouldn’t be getting anything. The manager told rep to stop but he was adamant on getting the last word. Rep was finished his shift, was riled up and wanted me to come outside the store to talk about the matter. I just wanted the credit and wasn’t interested in confrontation. Manager continued to say his name, wanted him to just let it go but he was frustrated. He approached me and began to explain how I was wrong and made false claims about what he told me months prior. ** *** ********* ***** ** ** **** ** ***** ** *** ******** Again, his manager tried to stop him but he persisted. He went back behind the counter, shifted his gaze to the screen as if to ignore me even though he was the one who initiated the confrontation and told me to not buy another phone plan from him again. ** **** *** ***** ***** *** ***** ** **** ** **** ********** ** ** ****** *** ******* ** ***** ***** **** ***** ****** ****** *** ******
