    I took my family for the $99 teeth cleaning, x-rays, and exam special. We rescheduled for the following week, with all of us booked for 4:30 pm. One of my family members needed to have four wisdom teeth removed and a root canal.
    After waiting until 7:00 pm, my family member was finally seated in the chair, only to be told they would proceed with the surgery without any pain medication. She was already nervous about the procedure beforehand. When she expressed discomfort with moving forward, the staff pressured her to proceed, stating that the dentist couldn't provide any pain relief because he wasn’t licensed to do so. This was especially frustrating because we had booked the appointment the previous week, expecting laughing gas to be available for the procedure.
    To make matters worse, the dentist working on me and my son cut my scheduled composite bonding appointment short to attend to my family member. In the end, everything we had pre-booked was only half completed, and the family member who needed the most work didn’t even have one tooth fixed.
    It was a total waste of time. The experience was messy *** **************. I understand it’s a busy office, but this was beyond frustrating. We definitely won’t be returning.
    (On a positive note, the front desk staff were wonderful.)
