    After being a patient for many many years the dentist Dr.R is only available on Mondays and never holiday Mondays.
    ** **** *** ***** **** ********* Rasheed and other desk staff have worked hard to keep me from seeing the dentist..
    Also Youlan the office manager never called me back.
    They do not send critical and timely submissions for dental work especially lately helping me link with a periodontist.
    I lost a group of 3 implants and I have never received follow ups on replacing them. They are under warranty from the lab who will pay for their replacement.
    I am kept waiting for hours unless I complain to dentist/desk staff.
    * **** ** ****** ** *** **** ****** **** ***** ******* *** ***** **** ** * ******* ***** ****** I have lost countless dollars in my dental coverage because in many cases no predeterminations were sent in by *** ****** target dates ....my benefit year has never changed and all staff including billing have been fully aware of the specific benefit year.
