      **** ***** ***** ** *** ******** ****** The sales person tricks you into buying more material than necessary and it it's a company practice to encourage installers to open more boxes than they will need as they don't accept returns of open boxes. Installers get paid on open boxes and not on actual square footage installed. Good luck if you need assistance post installation, the people on the phone are **** ****, no customer service skills and you have to follow up multiple times. * ***** *** ********* **** ******** ** **** ****** *** *** **********
