    When trying to communicate with this owner and team, I experienced *** and *** discrimination by this company.
    They did the majority of the agreed upon work at a different time than first agreed upon, and then when their equipment broke down on a different job, they didn’t turn up to my place. They gave an explanation only after I contacted them. Consequently my job was rushed and incomplete. They properly laid good sod but the garden rejuvenation that we discussed, that included cutting dead branches on old trees, was ignored. I had asked for an itemized written description beforehand, but it was a conveniently vague one sentence saying there would be ‘garden maintenance’.
    The owner attempted to gaslight me by saying they did what was agreed upon, but they did not. They claimed credit for work I did. They were scheduled for 3 days, but did 2. I did not get the $5700. job they promised. * ***** **** ***** ******** *** **** **** **** *** **********

    Hs did an amazing job on my parents back yard this summer was very happy right down to the fine details.
