    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Top Limo. I had booked a limo for my birthday celebration, but it never showed up. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication from the company. I only found out there was a problem after making numerous frantic phone calls, at which point I was finally told the limo had 'broken down.' As a result, we were forced to order two ***** at a cost of $226, and we arrived at our restaurant 45 minutes late, losing our reserved table and being relocated to the bar. My birthday was ruined, *** * *** **** ** ***** *** ** the stress and frustration. To make matters worse, I have still not received any meaningful communication or resolution from Top Limo regarding a refund or compensation. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have been shocking, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

    9:05 M6 in . Write a comment.. **** ******* ** * ***** They charged me an automatic gratuity of $1 50 which one would assume is meant for the limo driver. I was fine with that but found out later talking to the driver that that money doesn't go to them. I was forced to give a double tip. When I attempted to call out ***** ******* *****, they said it's under investigation and haven't returned any emails. called to booking person and they talked over me then just hung up. ******* * ***** ********

    ****** *** and now being Ghosted! We rented a Limo for a family wedding on Saturday July 13 for 10 people. The Limo driver came on time, which was great, but we were not ready, and he had to wait 15 minutes for us to get into the limo. 15 minutes is HARDLY an issue with any other service I have ever taken in my lifetime. But it seemed to really annoy the driver, and he DEMANDED we pay an extra $100 before we leave so he could take the 407 instead, because he blamed us for him being behind schedule. We paid it, asked for a receipt and he ******* that we would get a receipt via email. (I STILL have not received the receipt and have asked them 3 times for it). During the ride to the venue, the air conditioning did not work. None of the buttons worked actually, we could not even get a hold of the driver up front to let him know. He was an ******* driver travelling the entire way doing an average of 120-140km per hour the entire drive there. (I know this because my phone GPS showed me the speed at which we were travelling) We got to the venue on time. Our pick up was scheduled for 1am. He arrived at 1:20. Now why couldn't I charge HIM for being late? The entire drive home the air conditioning worked but it was on full blast with no dials working so we could turn it down, again and also could not get a hold of him as nothing worked on the panel. The Limo was DIRTY. Hand prints everywhere, especially windows. Bachelorette party supplies left in the Limo from a previous customer. The Limo needs servicing. The smell of EXHAUST that was emitting from the back into the entire interior cab was overwhelming. ** **** *** ******** *** **** *** **** *** ******* ** *****  I have asked for my receipt, texted the lady that was in contact with me the entire time, and she has stopped answering me and just ignores my messages. I have emailed about getting a FULL receipt for what we paid and still no answer.

    *** **** ** * **** **** *** ******** I booked a party bus for 16 people with 4 pick up points going to TO airport and return. They charged for half of the total upfront. I called 3 times to confirm first the pick at 4am, because it was a Monday morning and was told not to worry everything would go smoothly, and I would receive a call in the Sunday from Top Limo and then a call from the driver when he was leaving to come get us. ***** *** no one called the day before, I started calling and leaving urgent messages, I kept calling all night. Then 3:30am rolls around, no call from a driver. I continually call Top Limo not response. Finally at 5:30am we have to go. I had to make arrangements for 16 people and all their luggage, to get to the airport in time to catch our flight. Two full size pick up trucks, 2 SUVs later and four 8 day parking, we just made it. I receive a call from Anna at Top Limo (the one who booked, took my $1200 and confirmed pickup) at 9am (we are still waiting on 2 people at this point) and says the driver was in an accident and in the hospital, more ?? ??. The driver was supposed to call before he left to confirm the address, which he did not do. She says not to worry the bus will be there to pick up and take us home. ????? I tell her “why would we need a return bus when we all had to drive ourselves and pay for parking?” She says “oh I’ll cancel the non refundable return trip”. I tell her, I need a full refund immediately because I wasn’t sure how I was getting the last 2 people to the airport, and thought they would have to take a taxi or ****. She told me I would have a full refund within 24 hrs. **** *** didn’t not receive any money back and when I called them, conveniently Anna was off and the new person had no idea and needed to investigate. I still have not heard from them. I had to put a dispute in with my credit card to get my money returned. *** **** ** ********** *** ****** they almost destroyed our family vacation. ****** ***** ****

    Our driver overcharged us. He claimed he used 407 toll route. He Did NOT. There is no access to management. We were told of our complaint was reviewed by management and they will not refund the extra charges. The integrity of this business is indeed questionable.
