    ** ******** contacted Kayla and we decided that Kayla would come on April 3 to clean her apartment after her move out of town. I left her messages on ******** ********* on March 29 asking what time she could be there. She read my messages and never responded. I also texted her asking what time she could be there. Finally on April 8, 2024, she texted me back saying that she had been busy and didn’t see my message. * *** ********* ** *** *** my husband and I ended up spending three days cleaning ** * ****** **** ****. I was very upset about it and wouldn’t recommend Kayla’s Quality Kleaning as she is not very reliable.
