      Ordered from Pizza Pizza in Port Alberni when ordering was talked into paying by credit card told if paying by debt would be an added cost. Agreed would pay by credit card. When pizza came they said credit machine was down wanted me to pay by E transfer to delivery driver I refused , never heard of paying that way ever for pizza. Called the pizza place **** *** sent same pizza back to my house and asked I pay by e transfer I replied I would not pay that way and I already sent it back for that reason. And why did they not tell me this when I first ordered . Did they really think I now would pay for a cold pizza by e transfer **** **** ** **** *** **** ****** ** ***** *** **** ************ ** ***. Will never order from there again will go out of my way to tell as many people as I can about my experience. Word of mouth is the best way for advertising weather good or not so good **************. And mine is the worst place to order from

      I have tried on 3 separate occasions to use the online website to order food. It doesn't matter if I choose a store for pickup or delivery or pickup at the store, the website doesn't process the order. I have tried to pay online for items but it will not use my credit card and the order is not processed. I finally went into the store and made my order. I told the man behind the counter about the website and he just responded that they get that complaint often. He indicated that they have requested someone fix the site but head office just ignores them. Obviously they don't care about customer service.
