    They do not show up for appointments to view properties. Then text you a thanks for looking text an hour later

    I recently rented an apartment for my son which is his first apartment. The leasing department made things quite easy from seeing the unit to getting the keys and I found communicating with the office a lot easier than with a few other companies I had inquired with. In addition to my dealing with them I am friends with another one of their tenants who had nothing but good things to say with them so we are happy to be renting from them and recommend them to others in the Hamilton area needing an apartment.

    I find the owners behaviour very unprofessional. He forced entry into my unit ********** *** with out notice

    Hello ***** While I did force entry in to the unit you used to reside in, it was well past the date you notified us you would be vacating. It was an unfortunate situation and I wish it hadn't happened. As soon as I gained entry and noticed you still had belongings in the unit, I contacted you to let you know what had happened, backed out of the unit and we re-secured it, so that your belongings would be safe. I hope that the new accomodations we arranged for you are working out well.

    No date was given for me to be moving out and the door was left broken open for several hours until the repair man came to fix it and money was owed by you that was not paid to me
