    RentPerks.com -- founded by Jason D. and Zdravko L. -- promises of above-market rents, high-quality tenant placements, and tenant rewards for good behavior. Unfortunately, these are packs of **** that cost me thousands of dollars in lost rents, ********* funds, and ********* fees. I fired RentPerks in the summer of 2023 after using them for more than a year because of low-quality tenant selection, mismanagement, failure to collect utility payments. One ***** in Edmonton defaulted on rent after only one month. Two sets of tenants in Saskatoon defaulted within months. RentPerks’ claim of screening out the top 25% of renters amounts to false advertising. Only the bottom 10% of tenants default on rent. I reported them to the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission, SREC, for ************ and other ********* business practices in late 2023. Mr. D. responded to the SREC by gaslighting me to pressure me into backing down and avoid accountability for his poor behavior. *** **** **** ***** ****** ********* *** ******** ******* ** **** ******** ** ******** ** ** ********* ****** ** ****** ******* ******** ** *** ****** ** ******* ** ** * ******** **** **** ** ***** * ************ ********** ************** Provincial corporate registries shows that RentPerks’ business licenses were ******* ** not renewed in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia in 2023. Their website still shows that they are operating in those provinces ** *** *** ********** ***** *** ******* ** ***** ** ************** ******* ******** ** **** *** ******* **** **** ********** *** *************** ******** **** ** *** RentPerks.com claims to operate in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Texas.
