    We signed up with Capital Security Group in 2021. For one year they would answer occasionally. Ron, who is the only manager in Burlington, promised to help us and fix the broken system. But he never came back since the 1 year warranty was up. Our ******* system is down, our cameras are not working. Who can help us to fix them? After so much money we paid?

    We are with ******* ******** but they contract repairs and tech to Capital Security. Our alarm system broke down and we need a tech to come fix it. I have called numerous times to both ******* ******** and I have left messages with Capital Security. We are going on 4 weeks now without a functioning alarm system and Capital Security still haven't returned our calls.
