    *************** ***** failed duty- ***** *** ******* ****- if you are disabled-**** ****. My experience with Hamilton cabin has been that they consistently make errors and are unable to properly apologize for anything unless they’re caught *****. They blame anybody else they can. They discriminate against service animals. They discriminate against medical patients. And the owner is jack he doesn’t care. ****, worst customer service I have ever seen. ** * ***** **** *** **** ***** * ****** I will never take this company again. *** **** ** *** *** ******* **** **** *** **** ** ***** ** *** *** **** **** ***** **** **** *** ******* ** *** *** **** ** ***** **** *** ** *** **** ****** ********** 90% of the drivers *** ***** ******** *** I don’t feel safe with them.

    Hamilton Cab does not discrimiante with anyone. Over 99% of our drivers are from all over the World. Hamilton Cab has won again the best taxi award in our City( Diamond Award--Spectator Readers choice) All our drivers are trained to deal with people with disabilities and how to handle service dogs. This person who has complained has been an ODSP client, a charge account and billed to ODSP. Has taken 39 rides with our company and two times was no show. Our drivers have called and this customer told them to cancel the trips, we have voice recording for this. Even I tried to call and it directly goes to the voice mail.We have thousands of other ODSP clients and transport over Million trips every year.
