      Withdrawing more money from my bank monthly than authorized by a signed contract. Refusal to revert back to pay in full yearly when maintenance work is complete on water purifier purchased from this company Sept. 18 2014. Nov. 4 2015 paid in full for maintenance and signed a contract with a price freeze for ten years. Aug. 1 2022 the price increased. When I called the company to point out this mistake I was told I would have to speak to the owner Simon and gave me his phone number. I called, left a voice message and my phone number. The call was never returned. When I called the next month the phone number was no longer in service. I called the company and told them I would be willing to forgive the breach of contract and the over withdraw if they would just put me back on pay in full at the time the work was done and take me off automatic withdraw from my bank. This request was made in Oct. 2022 but has never been put in place.
