    * ******** ** ***** ** ******* ****** *** *** **** ** ***** **** *** ****** ** **** ******** I can agree **** ***** ******* ** that they were fast, efficient, tidy, clean and were pleasant to deal with until sadly....they were not. We were assured by Mark that if we needed anything at all they prided themselves on customer service and coming back to do things right! We were dealing with insurance at the same time and when we reached out to the company, specifically Mark and Adam we received the run around for weeks about getting us the report we needed for insurance. We attempted many times via telephone calls between Mark and my partner, but he refused to provide any details to the Insurance company. When Adam stepped in to help resolve the issue, he was cooperative at first and asked to have a joint call but then fell silent when we attempted to follow up with him for several weeks to schedule said call to settle the issues. Unfortunately we spent of $12K to have our basement fully waterproofed but when we needed them to have our back and provide the necessary information to Insurance, they fell extremely short of their intended promises to help their customer. * ***** **** ** *** **** ******** **** **** ******* ****** ******** Mark and Adam, we are still hoping you return our emails and calls to resolve this issue.
