    We purchased bay windows from Award Windows inc on April 26 2021 for a total of $5500. I am unsure of the exact date the windows were installed however we have been having issues with the functionality of the windows since day 1. The latches did not work properly and we were unable to fully close and lock our windows. After a few calls were made, they did finally send someone over to correct the issue. The "fix" they provided turned out to be temporary as after a few weeks, the same issues starting occurring again. The issues have now increased as we can no longer close our windows from the inside and the latches and locks still do not work. Multiple calls have been made to the company in an attempt to have them repair the issue however the company will not contact us back. We have left very honest ****** reviews and now the company is saying they will not repair our windows unless we take our reviews down. We have been told on 3 seperate occasions that they will not do anything unless we remove or change our reviews ***** * **** ** ** ********* ***************  Our only goal is to have windows that function correctly.

    Good Morning,

    While we are not perfect, we do strive to attend to all service matters and to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied to the best of our abilities. In this case, we did send two different service techs on two different occasions out to this house to remedy the issues that they were having.  Unfortunately, this customer still went and ahead and wrote multiple poor reviews ***** ********* ***** even though we had continued to service them. To be clear, we are still very much willing to service this customer, however ** ******* ******* ** * *** *** ****** *** we ask the homeowner to remove the unfair comments they have posted.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Although the company did send a representative out to service our windows, the issue has still not been resolved aiis our windows are not functioning.  ** **** ******* **** ******* ** * * *** ****** ******* ** **** *** ** *** *** **** ** ******* ** *************** ** *** **** ** ***** ********  I fully acknowledge that both my wife and I did write ****** reviews.  My wife wrote the first review when the issue of our windows not functioning correctly continued even after having someone "service" them.  I myself wrote the second review after countless times calling the company looking for a resolution only to receive countless empty promises of a call back from the service team.   When we finally did get to speak to someone, we were told -on 3 occasions -- that they would only fix the issue if we took down our reviews.   The last time I spoke to someone,  they **** ********* ***** ***** *** ****** ** **** * *** ** *** *** ***** said they would not do anything about our windows unless we removed our reviews.  The person would not even tell me their name, they would only say their name was Bob Bob.  

    ****** ******* **** ******* ** ********* ***** *** ***** ******** **** **** *** **** *** *** ** **** ****** ***** ********** *** ***** *********  We firmly believe that our reviews of Award Windows are honest and accurate based on our dealings.  ****** **** **** ***** ** * ********** ** ***** ********* *** *** ******* ** ******** ********  When the issue with our windows are resolved and they are (and stay) fully functional, only then will we consider updating our reviews.
