    I signed a purchase agreement on March 26, 2021 with Golden Retriever Farm (2925 Joanisse Road, Hammond, ON, K0A2A0) for a male golden retriever puppy to be born in spring 2022 and paid a deposit of $1000. The business did not contact us afterwards and I have sent several emails in 2021 and during year 2022 without any success. The business did not respond to our calls as well. After a gap of 2 years without any communication, the business suddenly called me a few months (early 2023) back that there could be availability of a puppy. The business did not respect the contract terms (delivering puppy in spring 2022) or at least a communication to let us know that we are in the waiting list. I would like to be reimbursed my $1000 deposit.

    On March 13 2021 I signed a purchase agreement with ******* ********* for a female golden retriever puppy to be born in spring 2022 and paid a deposit of $1000. Upon follow-up calls, I was told I would only have the puppy in fall of 2022. It is now January 2023 and I have received no communication whatsoever letting me know of an available puppy. Based on this, the contract terms have not been respected and I would like to be reimbursed my $1000 deposit.

    I am writing to let you know the business owner contacted me late last week and I received a partial reimbursement for my deposit on Saturday.  Please let me know what steps I must follow in order to close this complaint number.
