    Poor customer service. Ordered wall oven combo 07/21/2021 and was sent an a 27 inch oven not a 30" which was the correct size for the oven I was replacing. Returned the oven and ordered the correct size and was told delivery was delayed one month after another until 14/12/2022 due to supply chain problems with *********. Did my own hunting around and found that ***** could get me a ********** ******* 30 inch which would fit the cut out. First week of December, went in to talk to staff since no one at Paddy's seems to return phone calls and they ask you not to leave messages. Was told that the oven would be delayed delivery again till Jan. 2023. When I told them I wanted a refund so I could order through *****, I was told: " Oh we can order that for you." Why did no one over the course of a year of waiting offer me the option of getting another brand that would fit my needs? Have been dealing with this company for 20 years and have never seen customer service so poor since the pandemic. I realize times are tough but what realley irked me was the promise that they would call me back with information about the order and never did. I drove to the store at 4:45PM on a Wednesday only to see three staff members sitting in the office area chatting away with nothing to do. "Oh, I was just going to call you." Right. I try to patronize local businesses but won't be going back to Paddy's again.
