Friday April 21 at 9am I picked up truck with damages to left mirror. I had bought these mirrors to be installed on my truck and had inspected them before I took them in to the shop. There was not a mark on them. The box they came in did not have a hole. I asked them to do 3 things on my truck, install lights mud flaps and these mirrors, they did not install the lights in my truck as they claimed it already had LED lights. When a customer pays for a service it does not matter what is in it I'm paying for them t9 do the job. And the mud flaps that they say would have damaged the truck was installed by another mechanic flawlessly in a half hour at a later date. I also had dirt and scratches in my back seat after this occurrence with Evans service center and the mirror was 100% damaged at the center as I know how the box and mirror looked before taking it in. Loaded it in the truck myself in perfect condition. They refused that it was anything they did as they did not want to pay me for a new mirror and were nothing but ************* *** **** to me from almost the minute I started dealing with these guys. The receptionist named Paula was ************* regarding this matter when I went in to pick my truck up and was explaining this situation how it was their fault for the damage to my left mirror. She would not let me have the keys to my truck till I paid the bill and was ignoring me and being ********* **** and after I paid the bill for their services of $99 for being ******** and wrecking my truck and I handed them my paperwork saying you owe me $145 for a new mirror they totally ignored me and the mechanic came in and ********** ** **** ****** **** ****** * *** **** ******* ****** ** *** ***** ** *** *** ***** ** ** ** * **** *****. The store owner also ****** at me and told me to tell the courtier it was just damaged as they know they were in the wrong. Can't believe this company thinks it's ok to treat respectful paying customers like this they should be shut down.
