    May 12, 2023, clean-up May 15, 2023 and payment. $8644.50 After tax. Elevated Spray Foam was to put an R23 value of spray foam on all exterior walls of the basement. I didn't receive an R23 value at all, 80% of the basement is an R12-R14 roughly. I've tried to talk to the owner **** a few times and he becomes very agitated and aggressive to the point when he did the job all I wanted him to do was leave. My wife and I did 3/4 of the clean up because we didn't want him to be here any longer than he needed to the day he came to bring back the cellar door he covered with spray foam on accident and had to fix. He hung up on me when I tried to call him after waiting weeks for him to call me back as he said he would the day I paid him. To get the idea of what we had to deal with **** (the owner) booked the job for May 10, 2023 but 2 days before he called to change it to May 11, 2023. (Things happen I get it). He then came out May 11, 2023 1 hour late and during the setup process he got spray foam in his eye and left for treatment. May 12, 2023 he shows up again just over an hour late (8:30am) and sprays the basement. During this time he leaves for 1.5hrs around 4-4:30pm to pick up his daughter and drop her off somewhere else. When returning he resumed spraying until roughly 7pm and told us he would be back for clean up Sunday May 14, 2023. He called and cancelled to say he would be here Monday instead. I tried to address the issue but was fearful as he becomes aggressive with even simple questioning.
