    What a horrible experience with this company. We had a vehicle hit a gas line at our residence. The tow company was asked to turn off their vehicle or remove and person who attended refused even bough it was a safety hazard. Tore up the grass and almost took down a telephone pole. Called the current owner who couldn’t have cared less. Would never recommend this company especially as we live in a small town we will be happy to let others know of the HORRIBLE SERVICE and DANGEROUS

    Jackie, I feel that your review is unfair and untrue. We did attend the scene of a collision at the property NEXT to your residence at the request of the police department, not you. The vehicle did hit a gas meter and was leaking before we arrived. The fire department eliminated the leak and confirmed it was safe for us to do our job. We also had our own air monitoring equipment on scene that was in use throughout the incident. The vehicle involved in the crash did make ruts in the grass in the empty lot next to your residence, which we did fill in as a courtesy to the property owner.


    What we do is a dangerous job. Two of our staff on scene that day were also firefighters. The safety of our staff and the general public are our number one priority. We hold two safety training sessions on each month for our staff to help ensure that the job is done correctly and everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.


    I do apologize for being short with you on the phone last week as I was in the middle of handling dispatch and logistics for a major emergency incident we were responding to at the time. That was my priority.


    I assure you we have our bases covered when it comes to emergency response, incident management and scene safety. Perhaps next time you could watch from a distance and leave the decisions up to the professionals that train and respond to these types of things on a daily basis.
