    Rude and very ableist requests for accommodation (CPTSD, autism and hypersensitivity, severe anxiety, panic disorder) were not only refused, but ridiculed, as was my complaint and request for apology.I needed time to get away from my unit while they tested the alarm, and then time to get back in before they proceeded with testing in the next unit. This was refused. As I hid my ears under a pillow to try to (ineffectually) mitigate the noise, I heard them laughing and ridiculing me.They also told me they were done and then immediately hit the alarm again, laughing as I had a complex trigger reaction.My first call to complain was met with barely concealed laughter. My second call was ignored.
