    Park informed they would refund me , less the money for expenses owed, paid them over $4661.25 for the season to park my trailer in a lot. they removed my trailer and informed I would reimbursed the season fee minus any monies owing to that point. Ive attempted to contact them several times and have not got any response. They also kept my Platform stones that I requested to have back at the cost of $60

    These people were removed from our park because of being disruptive and not following our rules. We are a family park and they woke us and half of the park up out of a sleep hooting and hollering down the roadway drunk or high at 4:45 a.m. My husband tried to reason with them and gave them over 15 chances to go back to their campsite or it would be their last night here. They told him that they guess it will be their last night here because they are not going back after a lot of choice words towards my husband. They were given the rules prior to entering our park and there is zero tolerance for this behaviour.  Our policy here is that if you are evicted you will not receive refund which is stated on our invoices.  My husband was nice enough to tell them that they will receive a refund once we are able to re-rent the site and will return part of their funds at that time.  As for the blocks we have had them sitting at our shop waiting for someone to come and pick them up. We are a private campground and do not put up with bad behaviour.  We have a park full of amazing people that we will not let ones like this ruin it for the rest. We recently rented the site this past week and their refund is being processed.  As for the blocks, they can come and get them whenever they call and make an appointment with us to pick them up.

    We have been in business for over 17 years and never have we seen people act with such disrespect in a threatening manner.  Please look at our file.  We have never once had someone contact us from the ****** ******** ****** in all of these years.

    I am rejecting this response because they informed the refund would be processed immediately after they recieved the hydro bill and refunded in full minus the hydro (monies owed as per the email) that I have attached to this response. I will not accept a response until they inform the exact amount they will refund on here further more I made several attempts to collect the stones firstly when I had the trailer retrieved, they informed there was no stones and secondly the week afterward I emailed and called and recieved no response. I now want to be refunded for the stones as I had to purchase new ones and have reciepts for the new and old ones . I can provide my email asking for the stones and asking when a reimbursement will be processed to which I never got a response.:
