    This company was hired to repair water damage in my basement.He stated he had the experience to address our issue and started the work on July 22, 2024.Soon we started having to repeat what and how repairs needed to done every couple days. We paid him $7000 on July ******* and saw further decline in attitude and work. On August 6 and 7 he brought his kids (under the age of 10) with him to work, all day. We had to tell him to stop bringing them as it was no place for children with all the equipment and materials and the dangers it exposed them and us to.Another payment of $3500 was given on August 10 because he kept asking.As of August 12, we had to evaluate his work at the end of each shift because there were forgotten details and his work was getting even more awful.On August 15, the co-owner of the property ******************************* wanted to reach him to discuss further so she met him at his house because his phone wasn't working. There, he got violent and police were called. No criminal charges can be filled because there were no witnesses.We wish to file this complaint against this incompetent and disgraceful company and ask for a full refund as we will need to hire another company to fix his mistakes and finish the job

    before I begin, I will not provide any documents, videos, or pictures, my lawyer has directed me not to add them to this line of communication. 

    Work started on the 18, not the 22nd, the client was present at home for the first couple days, and kept interrupting our work, with questions, changing certain plans, adding additional work. 
    the following week when she was gone to work, the work itself went faster with the interruptions, but the daily after-hours phone calls with questions, concerns, complaints. 
    the first deposit was made the 25th of July for 3500$ the following 3500$ deposit was made the following day. 

    work get going, completing demolition and starting on drywall, harassment and bullying ensued. The tone was more aggressive than before. 

    sent invoice for following deposit on aug 10. Received the first 3500$, and that was it. 
    we worked for another week until I notified the client that we were going to stop at the end Of the week, due to non-payment, and continued harassment and bullying.
    client showed up at my residence, refused to leave when asked 4 times. Police had to be involved. 
    We have 5 young kids that witnessed this recorded event.
    When I went to get my tools, client had placed them outside, but barely half have been retrieved. 

    there will be no refund whatsoever, unless the client returns my tools in good faith.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    his claims are totally false and not surprising from such an individual. He started a regular work day on the 22 of July but kept leaving for hours on end.

    he is the one who assaulted ******************************* at his house and he recouped all his tools as the police were at my house within an hour of the event and they searched the property for his tools. An obvious liar and disgraceful human

    dont know if this will lead to a resolution but you can continue with your involvement
