    We paid 317$ to stay at this hotel
    We were given a room (109) to stay at for three days.
    When we arrived on site they said they had no tv for our room. (Or any rooms) we didn’t mind that till we got in the room and notice black mould all over the bathroom roof and fan. I am severely allergic to black mould. So I checked more areas in the room for more just in case. As I have 2 kids age 6 and age 1. I didn’t want any of them touching anything covered in fungus. As I looked under the sinks they are covered in wet black mould. I brought this up to the front desk manager. And he wasn’t willing to switch me rooms. Unless it was one’s without tv or wifi. And didn’t wanna accommodate for the price for full service which he couldn’t provide. I instead made my point and made it clear I could end up really sick if put in rooms with this mould and my kids could be exposed to this as well. He gave me two options. Stay with no wifi or tv or stay with mould and no tv. And said if I didn’t make my mind up in 1 hour he wouldn’t refund me. Then he insisted I stay in a diff room completely other than the two rooms he had already offered. I get into this new room. Room 104. And under the sink has just as much black mould as the next. And also has mouse bait in the cabinets where my kids could access them. I find this unprofessional and no one should be staying at this hotel. They don’t know how to run a business properly or maintain it.
