    We are the ****** ** ***** ****** **** that Ontario Cottage Rentals rents out. We have not received our payments as per our contract with OCR. Rentals began July 2 and are booked solid until Sept 3. (9 weeks of rental)
    Today's date Wednesday Aug 24 and have only been paid $3184.00 for one week of rental in July.
    There were many emails and phone calls to reconcile funds owed to us. I have an email from accountant August 19 confirming we would receive the outstanding funds owed to us of $11,220.00 by this week Friday August 26 ( installments of $2,268.00, and 3 payments of $2,984.00).
    With them knowing that it takes 2-3 days of processing - I called again today and asked what the delay was. There was no reason for the delay. Accountant said it would be submitted on Friday August 26. I said this is not acceptable- The commitment of our overdue money was to be deposited to my account by Friday August 26. I offered to accept an e-transfer if necessary. The accountant will have to check with ****** the ******* ******* in the morning. I asked again, why is ****** making you hold our money from you renting our home?...
    August 27-Sept 3 is the last week of rental and I am concerned as to when we will actually get all of the funds owed to us from August 13-Sept 3 of $8952.00. In total by Sept 3 we should have received $20172.00.

    We received a complaint on August 25, 2022,
    regarding the payments to the owner of one of the cottages we rent out to
    guests.

    We have made all the payments to the owner August 24, 2022, for amounts owing up to August 19, 2022.

    The final payment was paid on September 8,
    2022.

    Some of these payments were held back until we
    had all the information required to make the correct calculations.
