    On June 6,. 2023, I reserved a room on July 1st, in which in checking after 3 pm, I learned there was no evaluator, and asked if there was a room available on the main floor as I had my 11 year old daughter, golden griever, and my 58 year old disabled, developmentally challenged brother with mobility issues. They refused, in which the family walked 3 flights of stairs. Upon entry into the room the wifi was not working, nor was, TV. I went to the lobby and spoke to management, which they advised, that they would have someone up to fix it. We waited 30 minutes, which the *** arrived, 3 contables, advising me that I was trespassing and needed to leave. I had paid for the room so there was no trespass violation, nor has the business at any time refund me. To be harassed, treated and intimidated because of a need fo accessibility/accommodation is one that is concern in ******* as is *** inability to seek a resolution rather than threat a mother.

    We stayed at this establishment on Aug 13th/2022.

    This establishment is advertised on trip advisor as a Super 8 motel and the chain says they are not affiliated with them. We slept in our clothes…if there would have been availability elsewhere I would have left. This place is deplorable! First of all, check in keys are pulled & stored in a yogurt container. No elevator. Our room didn’t even have a formal number on the door. It was a photocopy pasted with tape. The keys don’t work. People were able to go in and out of our room until we received a strange key that we had to manually lock our doors with. They said it was the master key and that it was the only one they had. Rooms are musty smelling and filthy. Bathroom smelled like urine. The closet ceiling was held up with duct tape as well as the plumbing in the bathroom. The carpets were not vacuumed, the lampshade looked like someone threw up on it and the ironing board had blood or something on it. We could hear dogs barking in the surrounding rooms. This was unacceptable. I’ve stayed at many places but this one cost me the same as a room in las vegas with the worst housekeeping and maintenance. We paid $292.50 for the night. I had an upcoming booking for the week after and cancelled immediately after we stepped foot into that room.
