    Nulifely makes false claims about their product, such as 'advance technology.. uses ******* RPM of airflow instead of extreme heat' ... it is literally a cheap piece of plastic that blows hot air. They also advertise everywhere 'risk free 30 day money back guarantee' but it's not risk free because they charge you $29USD for the return shipping label. If their product was that they claim it to be, there would be no need for a return, I shouldn't be responsible for their deceit. The entire order isn't worth $29USD, its a ******* addition to a full refund I request BBB have Nulifely desist from making false claims about the quality and value of their products. Or using misleading market tactics such as the fake reviews on their website. Thank you

    There was a video ad on Instagram for a hairdryer with five attachments. There was a direct link to this product. I purchased the product on November 7. Received notification November 13. Opened its November 19th, only to find that what was advertised is not what I was sent. I sent pictures and the link for a side-by-side comparison. I requested 100% refund with free return label as this was falsely advertised. The company offered 20% refund. They responded that the video was the pro series which was not for the link directed you to. Even for the pro series its a different product. Again side-by-side comparisons were provided. We had a 15 correspondences. They offered return but would be taken out for my refund which was between 22 and $29. They also offered 50% without having to return the product. I countered requesting 60%. They rejected. This is fraud. We scanned into buying a product that I thought I would be receiving. I am dissatisfied and want my money back.
