To whom it may concern, I would like to address a complaint. I have against a business called bulldog epoxy that is located in Innisfil Ontario. I ***** ***** **** **** ** ************ *** acquired them to do a side project of a retainment wall at my personal residence. Payment was to be done by my financial trust which I required a professional business quote to submit to them. I mainly conversed with the owner via email in the beginning of July 2024. Supposedly his original email got hacked and they sent me a new email. As I thought I was speaking with the owner, and sent a deposit of $3267.50 by electronic transfer. Later on, The owner informed me he did not receive my deposit and claimed he was hacked, a second time. When the conversation turned to phone calls and text messaging, I asked for a refund due to the fact that there was nowhere stating that deposits are nonrefundable. I tried to work with the owner to get my money back as They agreed to do so. However, *** ** ******** ******** ** *** * **** ** ***** I got nowhere. The last conversation that I had through text messaging was on October 24, 2024. This led to new information to me that they We’re no longer working and that I was causing stress by contacting him all these times. I have record how many times I have contacted him through the text messaging. ** *** *** ** *** ************ **** **** **** ** ** ***** *** ***** * **** *** ************* That same night they text me at 11 PM stating that they had been operating without a business license and did not charge HST. I have documentation from my incident and all the messaging from the owner of this business on my phone. * ***** **** ** ** ******* ** *** ***** ********* ** ** **** ***** ** ****** ****** *** *** ********* **** ******* *** *********** ******* ** ***** **** ** **** ** *********   Over the course from July to now, I have texts saved, printed out emails, e-transfers confirmation. I have tried to work with them. **********  ****** ****
