      Just had my Windows Installed and was pleased both with the windows and the speed with which they were installed.
      It was a very cold day in Dec.when installed and they continued until after dark to finish.
      They cleaned up and you wouldn't of known they were here.
      Very pleased all round.

      While the windows and doors seem to be fine I encountered a problem when a lock broke. The person from the Barrie office called to arrange a service call, but informed me there would be $100.
      Given we had 13 windows and door replaced in our house and they had a lifetime warranty I was expecting two things. 1) the lock on the door woukd not break and 2) it would cover service fees.
      When I told the person I was not happy he said I could call head office and they would just refer it to him so I figure people should be made aware through the BBB.

      We had our front door and sidelights installed by Clera Windows and Doors by FM Industries in Barrie Ontario. We contacted this company when the window seal broke down and the windows were fogging from the inside. We called the company to ask for someone to come and see what they could do. We were told that someone would contact us. Nothing. We called a second time a week later. We were told that someone would call us. Nothing. We called for the third time a week later and were told that the service manager was in a meeting and would call us. Nothing. On the fourth call, we were told that they were working on getting parts. "What parts?", I asked. "No one has even been here to look at it!" We then spoke to a woman, who assured us that she would speak to the service manager, and he would call us. From the person's name, we believed it to be the service manager's mother. Several more weeks have gone by with no response* * ***** ******* ****** ******** ** ******* **** **** ******* ** *********** This company does not have any concept of customer service.
