    Contract date of September 1st til December 31st 2023. I paid a monthly fee to have my product sold in this consignment store plus a 30% commission on all items sold. Contract stated I would be paid out on the 15th of each month. Breach of contract every month. First month was almost a month late. Met with excuses every time I asked where my money was. Ex. Gone to the emergency room, thought she sent it, blaming part time staff. Now the contract is up and I was emailed on the 6th of January with what was owed & that I would see it in the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks went by and no payment. 16 days past the 6th, I had tried multiple times to reach this company by email, ********* & phone. No response. So I tagged them in a post on social media to get their attention. They finally responded and said they sent the money. Then it was they had to wait to get paid. Multiple excuses and breach of contract. The first email I asked for them to send me the info I needed to send a shipping label to get my product back didn’t send me the info I needed, again had to continually ask for that. Finally got the info and I have sent a label and it is not being dropped off at the post office, not scanned and they won’t respond again. Part of my owed money has been sent, but not all. All of my remaining inventory still in their possession. *** ** **** *** ***** **** ******* **** *** ***** ***** **** ****** *** *** ******* ********* ** **** ********** ******* ** ***** ********** ****** ** *** **** ** ******* **** ** *** ***** ****** ******* **** *** ******* ****. I would like my product and remaining payment asap.
