  ***** ******** was hired to do interlocks in my backyard. He presenting himself as a professional with many years of experience. My neighbour and I interviewed him. We agreed to 12.5k for interlocks work to be completed by May 17th 2022. I had provided him with pictures of rocks I wanted and chose from his catalogue the bricks I wanted with a specific requirement that outside bricks would be black and inside dark grey. We also agreed to not taking the fence down.
  
  My issues are:
  1. He ordered the wrong rocks and wrong bricks. He assured me he would take care of exchanging bricks once he had put the pattern down. He didn’t. I started accommodating him. The biggest mistake ever. He would ask me for more money..
  2. He took the fence down while I was gone without any notification and scratched it. I asked for reimburse.
  3. He damaged the neighbours’s grass. He promised to repair. Nothing done.
  4. He didn’t dig deep enough and offered as solution to cut the door of my fence
  5. work not completed for May 2022. He would complain he didn’t have enough bricks. I had to draw the pattern for him myself. I also found out no only he got the wrong color, he also ordered the wrong size of bricks.
  6. He also added another 2k to the contract to flatten the garden area in my backyard and install a drain pipe. He installed the pipe but didn’t flatten the area.
  7. He broke bricks, he left the river wash rocks in front of my house as well as other rocks on the side of the street. Note: i was not advised of any delivery of the rocks. Randomly someone rang at my door and found out 2 trucks coming to deliver rocks. He agreed with them to drop it on the street.
  
  I paid the guy 11.5k and work was not completed. He had to call his friend to show him how to put the pattern down. I showed him myself and counted the bricks for him… he refused
  
  He acted unprofessional, charging money and not delivering. He caused me stress. And financial loss. He lied about his expertise.
