This is a response for them for causing malfunction on my tpms system and not doing the inspection as i paid ******. ********* You situation was brought to my attention by my service manager ********* Parshykov. Here are the notes I have from the visits: -arrived around 7pm on March 12th -requested alignment for maintenance and 2 tires that have been prepaid -vehicle drove in shop with damage to R/F (bumper hanging). Front tires severe uneven wear, worn to steel cords -on inspection front components were tight, but we noted visible poor tire wear, both rear shocks worn, upper mounts noisy -one TPMS sensor core was corroded and seized, not allowing air in or out -noticed HUF sensor was the ** sensor and suggested replacement -reported shock & mount issue to customer -advised may be worth doing shocks first, then addressing alignment after -customer requested alignment be done as-is. During alignment tech reported R/F camber excessive angle. Suspect bent parts in R/F but not able to address due to lack of time and price/availability on parts -advised customer immediately and offered to return next day to complete suspension inspection at no charge. Explained toe adjustments done front & rear but will need repair on R/F -customer mentioned will return around 1pm on Thursday, March 13th -On March 13th customer did not show up. We reached out with pricing for shocks mounts etc. Parts 4-5 days shocks approx. $785 ea + mounts $120 ea -customer returned Sunday for free re-inspection for camber issue and free tpms reset. Situation with advisor ****** and supervisor ****** -TPMS system was attempted to be reset but only sensor that was reading was the new one we replaced on previous visit As you can clearly see in the picture my tpms was working before and they asked me to come for the free inspection because they could not complete it before They denied me this service and you can see from their email that they promised this service.
