    I paid a booth to be at a ***************** on March 5th and July 16th for an amount of $698 , so is $349 per day at the location in Horticulture Lawnsdowne building. I arrived there with no people inside, the ended being very few expositors and no people at all. From all booths I had paid this has been the most expensive and the worst. I asked him to reimburse for July, and he did not wanted to return it. Some other people paid only $85 dlls per day. i had been charged way too much.

    Thanks for your message.

    We provided all services that the complainant paid for.  

    No one was "overcharged".

    The complainant received the following services:

    - a curtained booth

    - a table with two chairs

    - access to the main stage

    - a temperature controlled and well maintained building (rent is not free for us)

    - a PA system (also quite expensive)

    - site insurance

    - access to electricity

    - other services

    There were many people at our festival as this video shows -

    I would also seen exhibitor pay more than $1500 for a booth at different events at the same building.

    The fact that there was a terrible snowstorm that weekend which affected traffic all over the city was missed by the complainant.

    I would add that to the best of my knowledge this complainant at no time contacted our organizers on site during the event.

    At no time did this exhibitor even try to avail themselves of any of our free marketing services.

    This complainant at no time asked for our assistance to help her promote her organization.

    Exhibitors who have been in contact with us have commented on how impressed they have been with the marketing support we have continued to provide them since the event on top of the multiple benefits they have obtained from our event.

    The complainant may apply for a discretionary refund on June 1st regarding our July event.  But, the complainant is not entitled to any refund for an event they already participated in and already obtained the services granted.

    Furthermore costs very depending on when an exhibitor applies and the services the sign-up for.  

    With that said, if I obtain a last minute $99 flight to Miami, Florida, the airline would in no way need to provide the same deal to everyone on the flight.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 19559927, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do want a refund for July payment which was $349 dlls.
