    Worst $250 I have spent and rude employees, no organization. Filthy party room. Sticky table. My socks were BLACK! And this was the quality standard for a “private” room. Shame on this “business”. I will never, ever, have a party here again. Party coordinator didn’t reply to my email, I was told on two parties would take place together, but inside there were like 5. Apparently the administrative job of giving all the waivers is on the parents, yet why do they have a party coordinator? If it’s their requirement to have waivers signed, they they need to make sure they get them as the parents are coming in. But like I said, bc there was 100000 parents in the lobby, they can’t track who’s who. Then they told me I had 3 minutes to get all the waivers to them or they would pull the kids from the gym. How nice. So instead of enjoying and watching my son get to play, I had to deal with administrative bs. Employees had the nerve to tell me I was bothering guests lol when I didn’t talk to anyone but the staff and my own guests; and they have cameras to show this! They all full of false accusations!

    I emailed them 5 days after my sons birthday party to put my complaint in writing and ask for a refund. As you can see from the attached photo, over a month went by with absolutely no response bc they are “busy planning summer camp”.

    Edit: the owner (Atanas Popov) refused to make any amends. See attached photos.
