    On June 17, 2024. Needed service for my Keeprite mini-split ac. Had error F3. Serviceman came. Said he had no knowledge with the brand. Spent 20 minutes googling model, error code. Nothing. My husband said squirrel(s) chewed off black insulation foam covering pipes. Probably chewed a wire. Since both units had F3 code. After repeating the same thing for the 3rd time. The guy finally went out, took panel off the unit. And found the temperature sensor chewed. He turned to my husband and said. "Thanks for pushing me to look." What?! He shouldn't have to ve told what to do. He's the"professional." He took off the plastic holding the split wires together. And left them exposed. Asked my husband if he had a voltage tester? Shouldn't he have one with his tools. Said we needed to order the part. I'm on speakerphone from work. I asked can't he order the part? Said he probably could, but it would take forever. By that point, I was done dealing with this man and Harding. Told my husband. "Let him know I'll be calling the office to deal with the bill and matter. However, my husband was told he needed to pay. He did. $111.87. I called their office same day. Monday. I left voicemail for ****. Unfortunately, I missed her return call. I called her back same day. Left another message. Tuesday. Left message. Wednesday. Left 2 messages. Thursday. Left message. Called again that afternoon. Spoke to woman answering the phone. I mentioned I had left numerous messages throughout the week for ****. And I had never heard back. She asked what it was regarding. I told her I was not happy with the service I received. And all the above. She was very understanding of my frustration, and said I was justified in my feelings. Said she would give the info to service person in charge. And someone would call me back same day. 8 days later I'm still waiting for someone to call me. Which is totally unacceptable and not good customer service. Called another company to come in and fix the problem.
