    paid my bill in Aug 19 2023and on Feb 10 **** they canceled my subscription with no refund i have been emailing back and forth ..It's like dealing with idiots ...they will not turn my account back on or refund me....can i say companies' in ****** SU**

    TABLO home electronics I believe in ******. I purchased a TABLO unit in December Of 2023. It worked fine for a week or so. The item was returned Amazon as it would drop off the internet reconnect itself. When it dropped off My phone was still up and running, there for the modem and cable were fine. I received a replacement TABLO unit on December 29, 2023. The software was also installed new. I could never receive channel 8 in ********* even if the other unit did work on channel 8 with no problems. I called TABLO support 4 times and always got the same reply I will report this issue and it will be corrected in 4 to 5 days. And will send you an email. Never happen.till today. They said I should get a booster. For the Antana. Witch is ready done 2 years ago. I pick up 4 camels in ******, so I know that's wrong also. They say they have a A+ rating. with the BBB.If they do this to me many times who else has the same problem? Called AMAZON, explained my problem and sending it back. No problem with Amazon.
