Very professional, efficient and knowledegeable mold removal service. They were responsive to our concerns and treated us customers with respect. The job was completed within a day, and discreet upon arrival with constant communication throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Also helpful were their recommendations after the job was done.

Very bad service.While the team presented itself in a professional manner, the work that was performed is not professional. The team did not do a negative pressure while treating molds in my basement. They did not wirebrush the walls, as it should have been. The administration team was not open to discussion when we shared our point of view of the work that was done in my basement. I strongly recommend to choose an other compagny for any of the work that needs to be done in your house.Mold Busters

Negative Pressure: Our approach to mold remediation is based on the specific circumstances of each project. While we did not employ negative air pressure in your basement, we instead set up a robust containment unit and maintained open windows throughout the entire process. This approach is designed to ensure proper ventilation and prevent cross-contamination. It's an industry-standard practice in certain circumstances and in no way diminishes the quality or effectiveness of the remediation. 2. Wirebrushing and Stains: Our team did perform wire-brushing where it was possible and effective. However, it's important to understand that not all stains are indicative of fungal contamination. Some stains can be stubborn and resistant to removal, even with wire brushing. In such instances, we make additional efforts to treat the area with our specialized products multiple times, and perform swab tests to confirm that the remaining stains are not fungal in nature. Our instant swab test analysis was indeed performed on the stained areas, and the results were negative for biological contaminants, i.e., mold. The remaining stains, therefore, are non-fungal in nature. Our primary objective was to eliminate mold, which we achieved successfully.3. Openness to Discussion: We pride ourselves on maintaining open and clear communication with our clients. From the onset of your project, we have made every effort to provide a comprehensive explanation of the work to be done, including our wire-brushing process and the application of an appropriate amount of product. Our extensive email correspondence with you and our ongoing commitment to finding a mutually agreeable resolution stand as evidence of our openness to discussion. We remain open to addressing any lingering doubts you may have about the remediation process.4. Professionalism: We are a professional mold remediation company that adheres to industry standards and best practices. Our team members are fully trained and equipped to handle a variety of situations. The discrepancy in the estimated and actual time spent on the project is due to several variables such as the number of team members deployed and the complexity of the project. In your case, we assigned a team of three professionals instead of two, which allowed us to complete the work more efficiently without complications.We understand that you have certain expectations about the process, and we value your trust in choosing our company. We are committed to delivering a professional and effective service. Mold Busters provided me with the same day inspection services. ***** was very knowledgeable and found the source of the issue right away. We had a leaky pipe and it needed remediation immediately.
