Short and Sweet review about company I can't recommend. But it's not what you think, Bee Alarmed is the company to call. This is Ottawa's security company. Knowledgeable and able to provide all your needs.
The twist you're waiting for is; ask for **** *******. Security specialist is a misnomer. He's the expert. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable. And most importantly not willing to go the extra mile. He'll run the marathon for you( This is from first hand experience).
I recommend these guys, and more importantly. I trust **** with the security of my family; whole heartedly!

Awesome customer service, wether it is the technician wiring the equipment in an impeccable manner or the friendly boss, ****, helping me over the phone troubleshoot an issue on a Sunday. They are there when you need them. I recommend Bee Alarmed to everyone.Bee Alarmed Limited

We have been with Bee Alarmed for 3 years and have been very happy. They are professional and personable. We had a different company install a system only to find out they could not meet the monitoring needs we were quoted for. We had them take the system out and called Bee Alarm. They had our new system up and running and provided the monitoring we needed. We have recently had them return to add cameras. The technician was knowledgeable, tidy and patient while explaining the new addition. We would highly recommend Bee AlarmedBee Alarmed Limited

The alarm went on last month because the water level in the sump pump was too high. I spoke to **** to get his input on the situation and he advised me what to do. He made a courtesy visit to the house, which was unexpected yet greatly appreciated. He took the time to review the alarm system to confirm that everything was working ok and further explained more helpful information. Fantastic customer service. The consultation, the installation and the after sales service are great and on point. **** did everything that needed to be done to use old but still working equipment to save us some money. Installation was a challenge: he and a member of his team stayed until all was set up as it should be. I had a few questions, a few days later, and **** was very quick to respond and very efficient in helping me understand our system. All in all, the best experience that weve had with an alarm company (weve dealt with 4 in total in the past 25 years).Bee Alarmed Limited

It has been my pleasure to deal with Bee Alarmed Limited for nearly 10 years. They maintained and monitored the alarm systems at 40 of our stores. I have used other firms and their service is the best in the business. The pricing from Bee Alarmed is more economical than the larger security companies and worth every dollar paid to them. My company role is to manage numerous properties over the past 20 years so I have dealt with many contractors and service providers. *********************** and Bee Alarmed ranks among the best in terms of professionalism and responsiveness. I have been with Bee Alarm since 2018. I did a lot of research before selecting them. They are an excellent company to work with and their price is very very reasonable as well. Their main guy, D, is very nice, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I would very highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent and reasonably priced alarm service.Bee Alarmed Limited
