  I hired **** Construction to do extensive landscaping at my new property which included the design and building of a beach area on the water. Soon after it was completed, the beach washed out and they fixed it and attempted a solution as it was likely the improper design that caused the beach to wash out. Soon after, even after the fix (which I paid addition money for), the beach washed out yet again but they are saying it is due to extreme weather and not their problem however the exact same thing happened the previous year so it is not due to extreme weather, it is due to improper design. They are not returning my calls/emails and are refusing to fix the problem that I paid over $5,000 for. No other beaches have washed out on my lake and it is clearly that it was improperly designed and needs to be redone/fixed. I am listing my property for sale and need them to fix the problem they created. I am not looking for any compensation, only that they fix the problem. Their refusal to return my calls and face the problem is unprofessional at best and criminal at worst.

  When ******************* reached out to **** Construction Group regarding her landscaping project, she explained that she wanted a beach in her backyard leading into the man made pond. Our landscaper, ****, proposed a design for the beach that included a retaining wall like many of the other homeowners on Shoreway Drive. **** had proposed the retaining wall as the site grade is much higher closer to the dwelling than down towards the beach which would create a steep slope down towards the beach. The retaining wall would eliminate this slope and ultimately the rate in which rainwater flows through the beach. ******************* had denied the initial design that included the retaining wall and wanted to go ahead with only the beach portion. **** installed the beach as per *****'s approved design. Once the beach washed out, **** proposed to install a pipe underneath the river rock to catch some of the water and sod to reduce the pressure of the water flow. ***** agreed to ****'s revised design. **** installed the pipe and sod however, the beach washed away during another heavy rain flow. 
  
  There has been continuous communication since the first time the beach had washed away. **** Construction Group has installed the beach as per the original scope of work that ******************* has approved. However, we cannot confirm that the beach will not wash away again if the proper measures, as suggested in the original design, are not taken.
