    On November 12, 2022 I purchased a bathroom window size 36 inches x 38 inches from Champagne Installations Inc. through **** ***** *** ***** *** ***** ***** ******* ****** *** * *** *** **** for the amount of $1258.13. The agreement was to deliver and install the window. On June 6, 2023 the window was delivered. Upon inspection it was discovered that the glass was incorrect. The type ordered was Glue-Chip. The type delivered was Frosted. We had no choice but to accept the window with the wrong glass. We were advised by the Installer to notify Champagne Installations Inc. and request a replacement. On June 8, 2023 I began a chain of emails and phone calls to Champagne Installations, namely to *******, ****** and the local representative **** ***. I also reached out to **** ***** ***** ***** and had numerous discussions with ****** ****** (Manager) and two members of their Customer Care Resolution Department. I have received promises but no replacement glass and no date and time as to when this resolution will be resolved. Sorry I cannot provide you a tracking number at this time although I do have pages of notes if you require them. * *** ** ******* ** *** *** **** ****** ***** **** **** *********

    On Wednesday February 21, 2024 Champagne Installations Installers arrived at our house and installed the glass panels.

    After dealing with the *** and **** ***** *********** I'm not sure who inspired the Installers to complete the job. 

    I am still looking for compensation for my time,  headaches and inconvenience.

    Thanks you for all your efforts and understanding.

    In October/November of 2022 we contracted, through *********** with Champagne Installations. They were to install a door and 2 windows. A representative from the company came to take measurements and deliver the contract. We paid almost $4000 as a deposit, with installation to occur in Spring of 2023. We were given several possible dates for installation, but each time there was no subsequent confirmation and the work was not done. The company stopped responding to emails and phone calls until I phoned ********** to request cancellation. Once this happened the company called almost immediately and they agreed to deliver the supplies only the following week. That was 3 weeks ago. I am now getting the exact same vague promises - e.g, "we hope to...". They will not commit to a delivery date. I have no door/windows and I am still out almost $4000. I am happy to provide emails etc. if you wish. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

    This is to inform you that complaint ******** has been resolved. The door and windows were finally delivered on Friday, Sep 29th and a refund credit issued by ********** on October 2nd. Thank you for your attention to this. *****
