I bought bikini thinking it was a set, as per advertisement. When I called to say they were missing top, they said they were sold separately. They don’t have top to match, and would not return bottoms (due to hygienic reasons)
I’m very upset to be left with 1 half of a bathing I’m never going to use. I bought it as a gift, and thought it was a whole suit.
    I was very upset with conversation when talking to them, ** *** *** **** ******* *** **** * ******** ***** ******* *** ***** ************ It should read: crossback top OR reversible bottoms $*** And/or have “ea/each” included at the end with $** price.

    Business Response

    Date: 28/04/2023

Customer ordered a swim suit bottom, which she had to chose top or bottom, then the size because all of our swimsuits are sold separately. The swim bottom was also purchased on sale (sale items are final sale). For hygenic reasons swimwear and underwear are all final sale. Customer demanded we send the matching top, but when she ordered she could see it was out of stock. This was from last season, that's why it was on sale for over 50% off. I can NOT send something that I don't physically have. Customer was very rude and hung up on us after we explained why there no bottom. It also said on her invoice swim bottom in Med. We did everything right on our end.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because there was no top as an option, There was only one selection, I did not see bottoms as an option anywhere. This was my first time ordering from this site which I tried several times to explain to the employee/owner. I would never approach customers the way the owner did, especially after clear description of how advertised items state tops “and” bottoms not “or” and how when you click on item, it doesn’t even have the word “each” which would also help to clarify you are only purchasing the one item. I’m not sure how to describe it any better for the owner to actually understand or empathize with the confusion. I was hoping going through this avenue would help clarify the issue when ordering. I thought hearing how it is wrongly advertised by someone else would help *** *** *** *******  I still have the packaged bottoms to return. *** *** **** ********* ***** *** ******** * **** **** * *** *** *** *** *** ********. And looking back at my order…. I was actually charged tax on a gift card I purchased, so I’m hoping my friend isn’t charged tax when she goes to buy something .  Both items were to be a gift. I wasn’t being rude at all, I was tired of trying to repeat myself getting nowhere, When I hung up I said “ok thank you.” Not sure how you could misconstrue “thank you” as rude. ** ********** ***** ** ** ***** ** **** ******* *** ******** ****** ** **** *********. ** ********* **** ****** * ****** ****** ** ** ***** * *** *** **** * **** *** *** *** ********** * **** ***** * ******** ******* ******* *** *** ****** *** *** *** *********. ** ** ***** ***** *** ********* ** ********** ** ********** ** ***** *** **** **** ***** ****** ***** ****** *** *** ****** *** **** ***** *** *** ******* *** *** ******

    “*** ** ****** ***** *** * *** ** ******* *** *** *****

At this point, what I’d like from the owner, is a gift card of some sort sent. Even $** value. To make things right

    Sincerely,

    Dawn-Marie *****
